John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK)

JFK is de grootste en belangrijkste luchthaven van New York. Het is tevens de drukste van de VS en één van de grootste luchthavens ter wereld. JFK International Airport ligt op Long Island, in de wijk Queens, aan Jamaica Bay, op ongeveer 15 mijl van downtown New York (Lower Manhattan).

De luchthaven is onder beheer van de Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, die ook de andere luchthavens en de zeehavens van New York beheert.
